The report will process one of the three strokes. Please do not submit 1-3 swings of each stroke for video submission; just pick one.

No, you do not have to have a racquet or ball to get valuable analysis of your tennis technique. However, using a fed ball, ball machine or hitting partner to execute your shots will produce the most realistic results.

Other players should not be in front of or sharing the scene with the player being recorded. However, other players that are far enough away (e.g. on another court) should not cause an issue. A random player walking across the recording may or may not confuse the system so it should be avoided.

Yes, you don’t want to wear baggy clothes that may obscure the shape of your body. Otherwise, inaccuracies will increase or it may not work at all. You also shouldn’t wear a hat or other clothing that may cover your ears or face.

If your camera is in our database of cameras then NO, you don’t have to use the exact same camera. If it is not then YES, you will need to run the setup procedure for the new camera you want to use.

Stand straight up, feet together, extend your arms out from your body and have one hand with palm facing open towards the camera. Your other hand can still be holding your racket.

Yes, both the camera setup and the stroke videos need to be in slo-mo mode with at least 120 frames per second.

You can use either phone. You just need to make sure you have a google account set up to upload the videos to google drive.

4 seconds for the Initialization (camera setup) and up to 30 seconds for the stroke video.

Yes you need to do a T-Pose at the beginning of each video. A video consists of 1-3 strokes of the same type.

You need to ensure your entire body is in the frame. If for example your feet and legs are out of the frame then we can not process stats for those parts of your body. However if too much of your body is out of the frame then that stroke will be omitted.

Your overall score is calculated from the sum of the number of points earned for each stat. For example, if you had an assessment with 25 stats, each stat would be worth 4 points. If you received GOOD on a particular stat, you would receive 4 points, FAIR 2 points, and NEEDS WORK 0 points.
